ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Therefore, the Site reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order, any time, and for any reason whatsoever. Moreover, your order acceptance is subject to the verification of your personal and credit card details. At times, before order acceptance, you may be asked to provide additional information to verify your identity including but not limited to your phone number, address, CNIC and NTN number.

In this case, the Site shall reverse your payment in accordance with its processing time.
SALES TAX
The prices on the Site include 17% sales tax, assuming that the supplies are made for end-consumption. In-case the supplies are meant for any taxable activity, it will be your responsibility to inform Pakistan Cables Limited and the price of the relevant product will change according to your taxation status. Should you fail to disclosed appropriate taxable activities you will be liable, to the complete exclusion of Pakistan Cables Limited, to the taxation authorities. A sales tax invoice will be generated for each transaction and the same can be collected from our head-office.

For consumer protection measures, please make sure you receive the receipt of payment as proof. Incase of payment made through cheque, the delivery personnel will initially collect the cheque only. Upon due clearance of the cheque, the ordered product will be delivered to your door-step. Be sure to collect the payment receipt from the delivery personnel when handing over the cheque. The estimated time of delivery for ‘payment by cheque’ may vary as it is subject to the process and clearance of the payment by the designated bank. Pakistan Cables Limited reserves the right to cancel delivery in case the relevant bank suspects any transaction, regardless of its value and intimates the same to us.
SHIPPING
The cost and delivery time of your order are estimated online at the checkout. A transporter will deliver your order right to your doorstep. The customer will usually get an order in a minimum of 03 working days after the order has shipped out. After your payment is authorized, it can take up to 03-05 working days for us to process your order and ship it. This is just an estimate and does not include weekends and holidays. We do not ship to P.O Boxes. Delivery can take longer in remote areas in Pakistan. All orders are subject to prior confirmation by phone. However, we reserve the right to process “Cash on Delivery” orders without telephonic verification.
ORDER TRACKING
We list availability information for products listed on the Site. Please note that estimated dispatch times are not guaranteed dispatch times. They should not be relied upon as such. Shortly after placing your order, you will receive an email with your order acknowledgement bearing consignment number (if a valid email address was supplied). You will receive an SMS once the order is on its way. During transit of your package, you may enter that number into our Order Tracking section provided at pakistancables-estore.com to check your order status.
PRICE
Prices are subject to change prior to any notice. All prices are listed in Rupees and are inclusive of GST and delivery charges. Items in your Shopping Cart will always reflect the most recent price displayed on the item’s product detail page. Please note that this price may differ from the price shown for the item when you first placed it in your cart. Placing an item in your cart does not reserve the price shown at that time.
